It includes setting up and using the venue from 08h30 on the function day until half an hour after midnight at 00h30 when the bar will close and you’re expected to vacate the premises by 01h00. We recommend that the DJ also finishes at 00h30 and the lights will be switched on to allow your guest to finish their drinks and say goodbye. At 01h00 sharp, our waiters will start stripping the tables and setup for the next function (we would have prepared for your function in similar fashion). Should the venue not be utilized in the morning or the night before your intended function, arrangements may be made to set up earlier. Overtime can also be arranged as set out below.

The initial Wedding Planning Meeting with our in-house consultant, Sally Brinsford (082 459 4096) is included and she will advise you about the cost for ministers, florists, music, photography and décor. She also offers extra décor and setup services and provides overlays and candles at an extra charge.
